Opt-in to new Dataflow IITM alerts

Allflex is partnering with a third-party software supplier to deliver your Dataflow II alerts via text messages direct to your phone, along with secondary email alerts so you don’t miss a thing.

This new alert functionality will need to be set up manually on your Dataflow II account with your permission and you will need to opt-in for this service. To ensure Dataflow II alerts flow to your mobile phone and email address, fill in your details below and tick the consent box.

The third-party supplier will only use your details that are registered to your Dataflow II account. Your details will not be used for any other purpose.

I consent to third-party Dataflow II™ push notifications alerts to be delivered to my mobile phone. By clicking the consent box you agree that Intervet Australia Pty Ltd, trading as MSD Animal Health (“MSD”), and its affiliates, will collect, record and use your name, surname, phone number, email address and other personal information (please note some of this information maybe personal sensitive information) by the way of this form for the purposes of enabling Twilio Inc., a third party, to deliver Dataflow II push notification alerts. We may conduct data analytics on the personal information you provide, including to help us improve our services and customise information for you. If you choose not to provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to fulfill these purposes and will not be able to provide alerts directly to your mobile phone. We will keep your personal information for only as long as is necessary to carry out the purposes described above (unless we are required or permitted by law to hold the information for a longer period). We will disclose the personal information to Twilio Inc., a company based in the USA, which handles personal information in accordance with its privacy policy (see below for more details) and we may disclose your personal information to organisations who assist us and our affiliated companies (which may be located in other countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, South America, Poland, China or India).
